The installation “Untitled (train)” whish is displayed juxtaposed with the “Holocaust Memorial Day” work. For many others, and myself trains have a strong connotation with the Holocaust. Walking on railroads always gives me goose bumps and brings horrific memories from the Auschwitz trip I went to as part of the Israeli school education trip to Poland in high school. Through a playful, naïve act but also risky and dangerous, I dealt with an exploration into the surface sublime beauty of tragedy.
